Enable MMS on iPhone firmware 3.0 and 3.0.1 (AT&T)

Close iTunes and unplug iPhone.

Download this file: ATT_US.ipcc.

Windows PowerShell 1. Click the Start buttonPicture of the Start button. In the search box, type Windows PowerShell, and then, in the list of results, click Windows PowerShell.
2. Type in the fallowing and hit enter.;
& ‘C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe’ /setPrefInt carrier-testing 1
3. Close Windows PowerShell.

iTunes 4. Connect your iPhone to iTunes and select your device.
5. Under the Summary tab, press and hold down the Shift key and click on Update. This will bring up a window where you are now able to select the ATT_US-1.ipcc file.
6. To the far right of File name: select iPhone Carrier Configuration files (*.ipcc) from the dropdown box, then locate and open ATT_US-1.ipcc.
7. After that quick update, restart your iPhone by holding down the On/Off button, then slide to confirm, and then turn the iPhone on by firmly pressing the On/Off button.

Congratulations, you have now enabled MMS.
